THE OFFICIAL NOTICE – concerning restriction in the performance of tasks by the Lubelski Urząd Wojewódzki w Lublinie (Lubelskie Province Governor’s Office in Lublin)

Pursuant to § 21 Paragraph 5 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of March 19, 2021 on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and bans in relation to state of the epidemic (Journal of Laws, item 512 as amended)

we kindly announce that:

From March 29 to April 9, 2021, the following rules for admitting customers to the Lubelski Urząd Wojewódzki w Lublinie (Lubelskie Province Governor’s Office in Lublin) apply:

All the pre-arranged visits in the online reservation system for the purpose of: submitting an application for a temporary residence permit, permanent residence and residence of EU long-term resident, appearing in person at the Office in relation to the summons to correct formal defects of the application, registration of an invitation for a foreigner, registration of residence of a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as well as for the purpose of issuing a residence card to foreigners and residence cards to family members of a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, shall be canceled.

In this case, an employee of the Office will contact the person who has the appointment or his representative.

In exceptional cases, the customers of the Office will be admitted after making an appointment by phone at the following telephone numbers:

Applications for legalization of residence, legalization of employment, registration of an invitation for a foreigner or in cases of citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, documents supplementing the evidence in administrative proceedings and confirmation of payment for the residence card, should be placed in the letterbox at the entrance to the building at 15 Czechowska Street and 4 Spokojna Street or sent by post to the address of the Office: Lubelski Urząd Wojewódzki w Lublinie, ul. Spokojna 4, 20 – 914 Lublin with a note: Wydział Spraw Obywatelskich i Cudzoziemców.

We encourage employers to submit applications for work permits via the portal https://www.praca.gov.pl.
