Restriction notice in carrying out task by Wojewoda Office in Lublin

Based on § 8 ust. 1 pkt 2 ordinances of the Minister of Health from 13th of March 2020 regarding the announcement of the state of epidemiological threat in the territory of the Republic of Poland (Dz. U. poz. 433), in the interests of the safety and health of citizens since 16th of March 2020 until further notice we inform that:

1. All appointments are canceled. We do not reserve new appointments.

3. Only residence cards will be issued to foreigners at 10.00-12.00 after telephone contact in this case.
